Please also confirm that you are aware that Carl Caserta is the undisclosed control person of John Thomas Financial, which acts as a placement agent for IOC, and that you are aware that the firm's CEO, Tommy Belesis, a/k/a Anastasia Belesis, is an adjudicated securities violator.

Please also correct the false May 2008 Reg D filing signed by you pursuant to 18 USC 1001 in which you falsely stated that IOC did not pay any commissions or placement agent fees in connection with the $95 million raise. Please confirm that Clarion Finanz and John Thomas Financial were undisclosed placement agents in that offering, and were paid substantial undisclosed fees.

Please confirm that one of John Thomas Financial's co-placement agents in your brother's Arkanova Reg D deal in 2007 was Vincent J. DeFillipo, a/k/a Vincent DeFilippo, who was barred from the State of Wisconsin in 2004.

Please confirm that you are aware that shareholdersunite is funded and controlled by Carlo Civelli, that IOC officers post on this and other message boards pumping IOC, and that your other business interests besides international resources exploration are a water park in Lubbock Texas and a SeaDoo store in The Woodlands.
