With the uncertainty about the economy in 2010 I think the majority shareholders (institutions and Citadel) would gladly settle for a quick deal (something under $3) if AMTD or someone else is really interested in that price - it would represent a double for most of the big holders. Most of us retails were screwed when the dilution took place. I don't understand why Layton didn't take TARP rather than dilution - unless we were never approved for TARP because of Citadel.
