I view this as a great development.Shows that they are taking care of past "problems".

You can view it negative if you want,but I think you will be surprised at how the overall market takes it tomorrow,I suspect a positive development,,paying the bills without issuing more stock.

Also ,,,some of it is delayed to a point where they will have more income from increased sales,,,,and increased production capabilities.

Also the last hold out on making a deal will get a deal one way or the other ,,,to suggest they will get the Woodbridge facility is ludicrous.
